Hi, I’m Mila.
I spent years trying to work through my blocks the way I'd been taught: books, therapy, affirmations, challenges. I understood myself well. Nothing shifted.

What changed everything wasn't another insight. It was learning to work with my body instead of overriding it — practically, not emotionally. Through disciplined nervous system training.

Kundalini Yoga is the technology I use and teach. A practice I came to with curiosity and stayed with out of conviction. Because it works. It changed how I think, decide, and move through life. And it continues to.

My approach is direct, grounded, and embodied. I don't promise transformation without effort. I work with people who are ready to show up consistently — and who want real, lasting change.

Kundalini Yoga is a precise system of breath, movement, meditation, and focused awareness rooted in a long spiritual tradition. I teach it with deep respect for those roots.
